Synopsis for "Who is X?, Part 2 of 3"
X approached a man on the street and gave him money in exchange for a white duffel bag intended for the latter's employers.
Suddenly, Officer Peckerwood Morris and his partner knocked on Luther's door with an arrest warrant. Luther let them inside and the officers asked where their money was. Meanwhile, X walked towards Luther's door and placed thermite on it. It detonated, blowing Luther, Stu, and a third man away. X took the chance to execute an injured Luther with a shotgun blast to the head before leaving.
After a rally, Larry Briggs walked off of the stage and encountered Detective Wellman, who was sent by Commissioner Anderson to provide security for him and warn him about X.
